Your focus will be on ensuring sprint teams are well focused and prepared for upcoming sprints, measuring team value and savings, managing product metrics, and assisting the Product Manager with various tasks, including pre-deployment validation and testing.A career with purpose.A career built on making dreams come true.A career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.Your Responsibilities on the Team Ability to write functional user stories based on product manager and business stakeholder objectivesLead agile ceremonies and conduct daily scrum meetingsAbility to oversee feature refinement sessionsMeasure value and savings through user-related product metricsAssist the Product Manager with pre-deployment validation/testing.Support miscellaneous tasks such as helping with demos and managing the backlog/writing stories as needed.Translate business needs to technical teams and communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders.Provide input to the Product Manager on the product roadmap.Assist with user research and story writing.Perform quality assurance tasks.Support change management functions to ensure successful product implementation.Collaborate with the product team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and potential cost savings.RequirementsYou have a Bachelor's degree in BusinessYou are metric-focused and can help the business make better decisions based on data.You are familiar with working on product teams and can explain the benefits of a product-centric approach to non-product stakeholders.You have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar platforms.You have experience in process mapping, value stream mapping, process analysis, process design, methods development, performance standards & metrics development, and ROI analysis.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.You are proactive and detail oriented.You are a strong communicator and collaborator.What is product at Lennar like?We believe in the lean startup philosophy - it is important that we test and learn quickly to inform our product strategy/direction.You'll report directly to our Senior Manager of Product and will work closely to develop a vision for your specific product area.We believe in hiring smart and talented individuals, providing autonomy to articulate ideas and features that add value to our users and business.Ultimately, you'll help define a personalized search and discovery experience to help prospective home buyers find their dream home.This role is office-based in Irving, TX and requires 5 days a week, in office.Life at LennarAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
