Responsabilités :

• Publie les postes sur les portails d'emploi et autres sources de recrutement

• Organise des entretiens avec les candidats et les responsables du recrutement.

• Gérer les processus d'embauche, d'offre et d'intégration.

• Faire des suivis avec les candidats tout au long du processus

Qualifications:

• Baccalauréat préféré mais non obligatoire

• Excellent communication en anglais et en français

• Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des ressources humaines, de la communication, du marketing, de l'enseignement supérieur ou dans un domaine connexe

• Connaissance avancée d'Excel et de PowerPoint

#NowHiring Belcan is currently searching for a recruitment coordinator for our client in the aerospace industry, located in Longueuil. It is a 12 month renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post positions on job portals and other recruiting sources

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Handle the hiring, offer and onboarding processes

• Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the process

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor"s degree preferred but not required

• Work experience in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Higher Education, or related field

• Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
