Position Purpose Provide a safe, superior air transportation experience, representing NetJets with professionalism and exceptional service. Responsibilities Operate aircraft safely according to FAA and company standards, including pre-flight and in-flight responsibilities. Deliver in-flight service, including handling alcohol and catering. Load and stow baggage properly. Handle flights for owners with pets or smoking preferences. Act as final authority on aircraft operations, ensuring safety and compliance. Coordinate with owners/passengers from arrival to departure. Communicate maintenance issues accurately and complete related documentation. Qualifications High School diploma. FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and First Class Medical. Minimum flight experience as specified (e.g., 1,500 hours total, 250 hours fixed-wing PIC, etc.). Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours. Excellent communication and service skills, professional appearance. Physical ability to exert force and handle animals.
