📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to strategy and execution in high-stakes mass tort and toxic tort litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda for complex multidistrict cases
• Manage discovery, including expert witness coordination, depositions, and document review
• Conduct in-depth legal research in product liability and environmental tort matters
• Assist in preparing clients and teams for hearings, trials, and settlements
• Collaborate across offices and practice groups on national litigation campaigns

✅ Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of litigation experience in product liability, mass tort, or toxic/environmental torts
• Strong legal writing, analysis, and courtroom preparation capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex matters simultaneously
• Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic performance
