Our Client in King of Prussia is looking for a motivated and experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

About the Role

Inventory Control Manager Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse
• Supervise and train a team of inventory control specialists
• Ensure that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels to support production and customer demand
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of inventory control best practices and methodologies
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
