LHH is partnering with a leading law firm in Orlando to find a strong, detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support their growing corporate practice. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a solid background in corporate transactions and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and review of corporate documents including incorporations, mergers, acquisitions, and filings
• Manage corporate records and maintain minute books for multiple clients
• Conduct corporate due diligence and assist with transactional closings
• Draft and file documents with the Florida Secretary of State and other regulatory agencies
• Coordinate corporate governance meetings and prepare resolutions, consents, and reports
• Support attorneys with contract management and corporate compliance matters

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of corporate paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and Florida filing requirements
• Proficiency with corporate record-keeping software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
